Stuart P.M. Mackintosh〔http://www.group30.org/bio_mackintosh.shtml〕 is Executive Director of the Group of Thirty, an international financial think tank He oversees all aspects of the Group 's program of studies, project development, event planning and annual fundraising. Also, he is a member of the advisory board at OMFIF where he regularly attends meetings regarding the financial and monetary system. Recent publications include - (The Global Financial and Economic Crisis and the Creation of the Financial Stability Board ), published in World Economics; and (Crises and Paradigm Shift ), a contribution in the Political Quarterly that has stirred some debate, with direct rebuttals from Prof. Mugge - (Policy Inertia and the Persistence of Systemic Fragility ); and from Dr. Tsingou - (The Club Rules in Financial Governance ) Dr. Mackintosh wrote a rebuttal in (Crises and Paradigm Shift: A Response to Critics ). Mackintosh published (The Redesign of the Global Financial Architecture: The Return of State Authority ) in November 2015 with Routledge. Earlier work led to a Ph.D. thesis (The Redesign of of the Global Financial Architecture: Forums, Institutions, and State Power ). ==Professional Roles== Dr. Mackintosh was elected Vice President of the National Association for Business Economics in October 2015 (NABE Board ). He is a past Director of the (NABE Foundation ). He serves on the advisory boards of the (Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum ), and the (World Affairs Council ).
